Psychotherapy > Families

Jeremy's approach with families is to be open to what you bring and to offer my experience as a resource; to understand the challenges of being a parent; to be attuned and attentive to the young people in the family; to enable everyone in the family to have a voice; to support and challenge you through change.

Family work can map new pathways through the life cycle and bring an appreciation of new ways of being together; it can help with children and adolescents who present challenges with self harm, anorexia, conflict and estrangement; it can help you face very difficult family changes brought by serious illness, breakdowns in mental health, and bereavement; it can support you to find solutions to the relationship difficulties thrown up by separation and divorce.
